Here is my spreadsheet template for habits – I’m attempting to share it from Google so let me know if it doesn’t work!
Share my Google Spreadsheet HERE!
So I am job searching…hence the job related goals. Also, see my previous post to understand the 15 minutes for today and tomorrow.

Here is the template for the Goals checklist. I use a slightly different system; I give myself a score for activities. For example each hour of work on old projects is worth one. Three hours is worth three. The 5 minute call to Mom and Dad while driving is worth one, the hour phone call when they are up and alert is worth more (and not just for points on the spreadsheet).
I have 2 sections that are 15 minutes for today and 15 minutes for tomorrow. These are from my mom who always told me to take 15 minutes to finish things today (don’t leave those little things undone – they just pile up. In the GTD world these would be any 2 minute or less items like mail sorting, etc.) and 15 minutes to get ready for tomorrow (I organize my gym bag, make coffee for the autostart pot, make lunch, etc.).
Note to those who have been here before – the template now will take you to the actual Google Spreadsheet…I am just sharing a goal template (whereas previously I linked to a screenshot of the template I used).

I like free! I like less-is-more! I am going to give Google Apps as shot at implementing the GTD organization plan. Surfing around I see Backpack, Tracs, Yojimbo, and many other tools used by the pro GTDer. I like the accessibility-from-anywhere feature of Google, I already use it, and it is free!
I am also going to use the Pocketmod (trying it out right now) and have always used some version of the hipsterPDA, see Introducing the Hipster PDA although I have called them index cards my whole life (this century rocks! geek is finally cool!)
Oh look – Geeklife is trying this out as well! GTD + Google-stuff = Black Belt Org-Fu
Today I made a goals spreadsheet that I will see if I can put up for downloading as a template for Google spreadsheets. I was looking at Habit List at Productivity501 as a guide.

OK here goes… taking the advice from a site I quite like, Zen Habits, I am trying to increase my personal productivity and am therefore using the motivational zen hack #2, I am announcing and committing to increased personal productivity! (We will just skip right through #20-3! See, faster already!)
Additionally, as a word of warning, this is my shot at learning to make a blog. Be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
